 Life,  Success and Spiritual Coach 

I am a life coach based in London. My career background is over 10 years in the civil Engineering industry, working for medium and large global consultancies. I also worked as a learning mentor for young children and teenagers for over 3 years.

In March 2005, I suffered a mental breakdown had suicidal thoughts and was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder (manic depression), partly due to the stresses at work, my lifestyle and the way I thought about life and my experiences.

I was sectioned under the Mental health act. Whilst in hospital I went to couple of yoga and meditation classes and felt the benefits but didn’t know how or why they worked.

After coming out of hospital I decided to hire a life coach to help me rebuild my confidence and set myself goals. I also looked deeply into alternative methods to manage my condition. I never consciously thought about being a life coach at that time, but the experience had a positive effect on me long after the sessions ended.

An interest in metaphysics also grew out of my experiences. This also encompassed The Law of Attraction, Eastern and western spiritual teachings and philosophies.

Tools used today by many professionals such as NLP Nero linguistic programming and Cognitive therapy can also be linked in some way to parts of these other beliefs.

 I used the knowledge I gained to change the limiting think patterns I had. A combination of disciplines and teaching was used, being aware of the various options available, made for an exciting journey to the new me.

I am an Affiliate member of the Association for Coaching a member of the Coaching Academy and a certified (level II) Reiki healer. I have also undergone training to enable me to mentor young children and teenagers, learning transferable coaching models in the process. I have Professional Indemnity and Public liability Insurance and am committed to learning new techniques and processes to make me a better coach.
